The winners of the Commonwealth Youth Awards were announced on 11 March 2020 at a special ceremony in London.
The Awards ceremony was live-streamed and is now available to watch on the .
This year, the awards received more than 500 entries from 40 countries.
16 finalists were shortlisted. The finalists are from Bangladesh, Canada, Fiji, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Samoa, Tanzania and Uganda.
The awards recognise outstanding young people whose innovative projects have made a real impact in helping their countries achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
